Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Emergency Management Manager to join our team in Tampa, FL, 33621. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing emergency management programs that ensure the safety and preparedness of our facility and the surrounding community. Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in emergency management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of emergency management principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience in managing teams during crises.
  • Certification in emergency management (e.g., CEM, TEM, or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and emergency management software.
