Job description

We are partnered with a national law firm with a practice dedicated to the collection of delinquent government receivables. For over 40 years, they have provided customized collection programs for their public sector clients.
The goal of this role is to collect funds on behalf of government clients, but their unique approach focuses on offering individuals a helping hand by assisting them in understanding the charges they have incurred and working with them to create reasonable repayment plans that align with their income and budget. This is your opportunity to gain valuable experience in a professional environment while enjoying a schedule that allows you to get your nights and weekends back.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Fluent in Englishand Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred
  • Availability during the hours: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
  • Previous phone or call center customer service experience preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide excellent customer service to individuals regarding their accounts
  • Collect past-due toll bills on behalf of government clients
  • Assist customers in understanding the charges they have incurred
  • Work with customers to create reasonable repayment plans based on their income and budget
