Bonuses: We offer a variety of other ways to say thank you to our team members by offering bonuses for above and beyond commitment. We have paid team members a bonus for the following: team member referrals, team member retention, perfect attendance, holiday attendance, Christmas length of service bonus, etc.

Paid Time Off – PTO: We believe our PTO benefit is beyond generous! PTO hours are accrued based on the number of hours you work each pay period. Having the ability to work with your team on developing your schedule, you may have more PTO available than you need to use to request a few days off.

  • In addition to the regular accrual of PTO at the end of an employee's first year of employment, a lump sum of up to 40 hours is deposited into their PTO bank
  • Also, Rosedale has allowed staff members to cash in up to 40 PTO hours in past years around the end of the year just in time to provide a boost for Holiday shopping!

Medical Plan: We would put our medical plan up against anybody in our area, including the hospitals! We offer employee-only and family plans. For just $120 a month an employee can have comprehensive medical coverage with NO deductible!! On top of that our employees have the opportunity for FREE doctor visits and FREE prescriptions through our partnership with CareHere!

Dental Plan: Rosedale Green currently contracts with Dental Care Plus to offer dental insurance to our team members. The plan covers preventative care at 100%, basic procedures at 80% and major procedures at 75%. The single plan currently costs $32 a month and the family plan $50 a month.

Training & CEU Program:

  • We are one of the only long-term care facilities to have a state-approved onsite nurse aide certification program
  • Rosedale Green values education and the opportunity it brings – we encourage attendance at local, regional, and state conferences

Tuition Reimbursement: Rosedale Green also offers current employees the opportunity to return to the classroom for additional educational opportunities such as STNA to KMA, KMA to LPN, LPN to RN, etc – basically any program that would be of benefit to our organization. We currently offer individuals up to $2000 annually for tuition reimbursement.

Life Insurance: FREE life insurance in the amount of one year's salary.

Short-Term Disability: FREE disability insurance $75-100 a week for up to 12 weeks.

Supplement Insurance: Additional life, disability and cancer coverage is available.

Retirement Plan: Employees are able to contribute tax-free immediately to our 403(b) plan.
