RBT Responsibilities

As a Behavior Technician on our team, you will:

  • Deliver direct ABA therapy services to children in home and community settings

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by a supervising BCBA

  • Collect session data and complete accurate clinical documentation

  • Support skill development in communication, social interaction, and daily living

  • Maintain a positive, dependable, and professional presence for clients and families

  • Travel between client sessions within the Greensboro area as needed

Qualifications

To be considered, applicants should have:

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent

  • Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Experience working with children preferred

  • ABA or behavioral health experience is a plus
