We Are Looking For 

The Sales Representative is responsible for all aspects of the sales recruitment and retention including but not limited to: customer sales, quoting, customer and some vendor relation management. This position includes coordination between other departments within the company as well as vendors and customers to meet the company’s goals and objectives. 


What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

  •  Work directly with customers to assess their needs and requirements to facilitate a successful quotation for the customers' consideration 
  • Generally, portray and represent the company to customers and promote the company’s ideals, products, services, and provide excellent customer service always 
  • With the first two requirements in mind, move the customer to a position where they rely on and order from the company their aircraft requirements on a regular basis. 
  • Formulating pricing strategies to successfully capture orders Developing new opportunities for business to existing customers as well as developing new accounts
  • Begins each task or project with the end in mind 
  • Drives for results and success; conveys a sense of urgency; pursues goals and works to achieve them 
  • Perform other duties as assigned 


What You Bring (Qualifications & Skills):

  • Must have a high school education or equivalent experience 
  • Must be able to effectively utilize software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook 
  • An understanding of and working knowledge of aerospace quality management practices and AS9120 requirements is helpful 
  • Knowledge in OEM and general aerospace business environment 
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects 
  • Demonstrates strong customer service attitude and demeanor 
  • Solid communication skills, verbal and written 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Ability to work interdepartmentally 


Special Requirements:

  • U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required. 
  • ITAR requirement
  • 120.15. Some positions will require current U.S. Citizenship due to contract requirements.
