Business Development Manager

CFS is hiring a Business Development Manager to join our award-winning, employee-owned team in Pittsburgh. This is a client-facing sales role focused on building business relationships, managing accounts, and delivering staffing solutions that make a real impact.

About the Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Drive sales growth by identifying and developing new client relationships in Pittsburgh and the surrounding area
  • Manage the full sales cycle—developing business, prospecting to closing and account management
  • Conduct outreach via phone, email, video, and in-person meetings
  • Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Represent CFS with professionalism, integrity, and a consultative approach
