Position Summary
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and driving the growth of RSMC Services. This role requires a self-motivated individual with strong sales skills and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the dental industry to expand RSMC Services' client base.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business development strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present tailored proposals and solutions to potential clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment and staffing teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize performance.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in staffing or healthcare industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the dental industry or healthcare staffing is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships with clients at all levels.
