Job description

Position Overview

We are seeking an energetic and outgoing Promoter to represent our company and promote our products across assigned territories, including locations operated by the Defense Commissary Agency. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with customers both in-person and online, building relationships, and driving brand awareness.

This position requires travel to various locations, including government facilities, commissaries, retail stores, restaurants, trade shows, and promotional events. A company van will be provided for work-related travel.


Responsibilities

  • Promote company products and services to customers in commissaries, retail locations, events, and assigned territories
  • Build and maintain relationships with grocery stores, restaurants, commissary personnel, and other partners
  • Maintain store shelves by organizing displays, removing damaged or expired products, and ensuring optimal presentation
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking or reordering as needed
  • Accept payments for delivered items when applicable
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving concerns
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, marketing events, and community engagements
  • Distribute and set up marketing materials at customer locations
  • Track customer preferences and provide feedback to marketing and purchasing teams
  • Generate leads and increase brand awareness through direct engagement and word-of-mouth marketing
  • Maintain daily reports and activity logs using the companyโ€™s mobile tracking system
  • Adhere to assigned routes, schedules, and company policies
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Must pass a background check and drug screening
  • Must be eligible to access government facilities, including Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) locations
  • Valid driverโ€™s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to safely operate a company-provided van
  • Must have and maintain personal auto insurance
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and remain active (walking, driving, lifting) for extended periods
  • Willingness to follow assigned routes, schedules, and safety procedures
  • 1+ year of experience as a Brand Ambassador, Promoter, or similar role (preferred)
  • Experience in grocery, retail, or liquor sales is a plus
