Printbox Merch LLC, a fast-growing custom apparel and merchandise company based in Austin, Texas, is seeking an experienced Embroidery Machine Operator to join our production team. If you take pride in your craft, love working with embroidery machinery, and want to be part of a creative, energetic workplace, we want to meet you!


What You’ll Do

  • Set up and operate our SWF multi-head embroidery machines to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle daily maintenance and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime and keep production running smoothly.
  • Ensure each order meets Printbox Merch’s high standards for quality, precision, and presentation.
  • Trim, finish, and package embroidered garments with care.
  • Keep your workspace organized, clean, and production-ready.
  • Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional products.

  • The Ideal Candidate

    • Has 3+ years of embroidery experience, ideally with SWF or similar commercial embroidery machines. (Please do not apply without experience)
    • Understands machine maintenance and basic repair to limit downtime.
    • Possesses strong attention to detail, a sense of organization, and pride in quality workmanship.
    • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and maintains focus under pressure.
    • Communicates clearly and works well both independently and as part of a team.
    • Is dependable, punctual, and proactive.
