Job description

We are seeking an Embroidery Help to join our team! You will help with operational activities and ensure excellent quality control.
Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashion
  • Load and unload equipment and materials
  • Thread needles, hoop material
  • Cut backing
  • Trim threads
  • Box and count orders
  • Conduct routine preventive maintenance on the machinery
  • Answer phone
  • Customer Service when needed

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in embroidery operations or other related fields are helpful
  • Self Starter
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
