Shop Operator 
 
The Warehouse Operator should possess good organizational and communication skills.  The Warehouse Operator should feel comfortable splitting their time between front-office and back-office duties as outlined below. 
 
Responsibilities: 
 
General Front Office Duties 
 
  • Check Mail Daily 
  • Take out Trash 
  • Clean Dishes 
 
General Shop Duties 
 
  • Drain water from air-tank 
  • Empty recycling 
 
Shipping: 
  • Shipping & Receiving Packages & Manufactured Materials 
  • Shipping expense reconciliation 
 
Production (Back-office duties): 
 
  • Assist with Digital Production  
  • Assist with Offset Production  
  • Assist with Wide Format Production 
  • Assist with Grand Format Production 
  • Assist with Direct to Garment (DTG) 
  • Assist with Embroidery 
  • Assist with Manufacturing 
  • Printing 
  • Cutting 
  • Finishing 
  • Etc 
  • Assist with Order Entry (if needed)

Requirements 
  • High School Diploma or GED 
  • Basic Computer Skills 
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications or the ability to learn 
  • Proven experience in Brand Management, or in other sales/customer service role 
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation communication skills and ability to build relationships 
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure 
  • Strong organization and project management skills 
  • Friendly and personable demeanor 
  • A business acumen 
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about finding technological and data-driven solutions 
  • The ability to lift and move heavy objects
