Job description

Prudential Overall Supply Distribution Center (Uniform Company) is looking for Order Fulfillment Operators for our uniform Distribution Center.

Duties Include:

Process/Fulfill customer orders - We will train you!

Work Schedule: The company will choose the start time of the candidates if hired. 

Mon-Fri, 8-hour shifts. We have a total of 9 different shifts starting at 3 am to 11:30 am through 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Great hours for those going to school or for individuals wanting to spend more time with family and friends. This is a full-time position, not seasonal. Proud of our stability of more than 94 years.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • MUST be able to work from Mon-Fri between 3 AM to 5 PM
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience with embroidery, sewing, textile production, or similar equipment required.
  • Must know how to operate “Barudan” and/or “Tajima” single/multi head machines
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn embroidery software and equipment.
  • Ability to read and follow work orders and production instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Willingness to learn new equipment, processes, and procedures.
  • Military-experienced candidates are highly encouraged to apply.


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to frequently use hands and fingers for repetitive and detailed tasks.
  • Ability to bend, reach, and move materials throughout the work area.
  • Ability to lift and carry materials as required for the position (up to 50lbs.)
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality.
