Job Description
Bosch Home Comfort Group is seeking a skilled Advanced Autobraze Operator to join our manufacturing team in Wichita. This role is responsible for operating, setting up, and troubleshooting automated equipment used in the brazing of critical assembly line and sub-assembly components.
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate, set up, and maintain brazing equipment to ensure production meets quality specifications.
  • Troubleshoot setup-related issues, including adjusting system parameters and settings.
  • Perform model changeovers efficiently and accurately.
  • Collaborate with support departments to resolve production delays.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment.
  • Complete all required documentation and paperwork.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Perform quality checks, including first and last part inspections.
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in automated machine setup or manufacturing preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.
