Qualifications
What you'll be doing:
Responsible for the timely, qualitative completion of basic order fulfillment. Ensures that assigned embroidery functions are conducted in accordance with established policies and procedures, that quality and productivity standards are met or exceeded, and that related documentation is accurate and complete.
    • Assumes responsibility for the accurate and timely completion of embroidery functions.
    • Operates embroidery equipment per specifications listed on written/printed orders; matches customer orders to materials in terms of style, color, and size.
    • Flexibility to rotate between departments and jobs on an as-needed basis.
    • Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining good communications, coordination, and working relations with Company personnel and management.
    • Be a team player by assisting and supporting other coworkers as needed.
    • Keeps management informed of area activities and of any significant concerns. Identifies problems and provides suggestions.
    • Assumes responsibility for ensuring that embroidery functions are completed in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
    • Follows established quality and safety standards.
    • Meets deadlines.
    • Inspects work upon completion.
    • Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.
    • Ensures that work area is clean, secure, and well maintained.
    • Works with fellow machine operators in a fast-paced environment and learns to operate machines self-sufficiently.
    • Ability to operate hooping equipment when necessary.
    • Completes special projects as needed.
    • Flexibility to rotate between departments and assist on an as-needed basis.
