Job Title: Embroidery Operator Assistant
Note: This is a part-time position that averages 17.5 hours per week.
Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Embroidery Operator to join our team. This is an entry-level position, and no previous embroidery experience is required. We will provide on-the-job training for the right candidate.
What you'd do in this role:
- Operate commercial embroidery machines after completing training.
- Learn and operate embroidery creator for digitization
- Prepare garments, hats, and other items for embroidery.
- Load designs and materials into embroidery equipment.
- Monitor machines during production to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Trim threads, inspect finished products, and package completed orders.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Assist with sorting, folding, and preparing customer orders for pickup or shipping.
- Follow production schedules and meet quality standards.
