If you enjoy operating commercial embroidery equipment, solving production challenges, and delivering products that exceed customer expectations, we'd love to meet you.

Work Schedule


  • Must be able to work Monday - Friday (weekends off)
  • 8 am - 5 pm

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Operate commercial multi-head embroidery machines
  • Hoop garments and products accurately
  • Load designs and prepare machines for production
  • Monitor embroidery quality throughout each production run
  • Troubleshoot thread breaks, tension issues, and machine errors
  • Perform routine machine cleaning and preventative maintenance
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet Elevate quality standards
  • Receive and organize incoming inventory
  • Prepare garments and products for embroidery
  • Trim, inspect, fold, and package completed orders
  • Help maintain a clean, organized production area
  • Work closely with production and customer service teams to meet deadlines

Qualifications and Skills

Required:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Dependable with excellent attendance
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
