As a leading manufacturer in the industry, we value precision, craftsmanship, and teamwork. We are looking for a dedicated Embroidery Operator to join our production team. If you have a keen eye for detail, enjoy working with advanced machinery, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining state-of-the-art Tajima multi-head embroidery machines to ensure high-quality production. Your ability to stay organized and manage time effectively will be key to meeting production goals.

  • Operate embroidery machines efficiently, ensuring quality standards are met on apparel, headwear, bags, and other products.
  • Review work orders to verify product size, color, and thread specifications before embroidery begins.
  • Load digital embroidery files into the machine program and set up jobs with correct thread colors and sequences.
  • Select appropriate hoop sizes and backing materials based on design and product type.
  • Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal operation.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet deadlines while ensuring top-notch quality.
  • Follow all safety and operational procedures to maintain a secure working environment.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to keep embroidery machines running smoothly.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Trim excess backing and threads from embroidered products to ensure a clean finish.
  • Assist in the Finishing Department to prepare completed orders for shipping.

Qualifications & Skills

We are looking for a detail-oriented team player with a passion for quality craftsmanship. The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable standing for an entire shift and lifting up to 50 pounds periodically.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
  • Basic mechanical skills and ability to learn machine operation techniques.
  • Ability to read and understand English for work orders and instructions.

Why Join C.C. Creations?

  • Opportunities for career growth within the company.
  • Health benefits, paid time off, and employee discounts on customized products.
