Job description

HOURS: 1st Shift: Monday-Friday; 7am-3pm

REPORTS TO: Embroidery Finishing Supervisor

FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt

As an embroidery shipping associate – 1st shift, you make the 4imprint brand come alive by shipping customers their high-quality embroidered items and ensuring that our customers receive their items by their event date.

Here’s what a typical day might look like. (These are the essential functions of the job). Other duties may be assigned.

  • Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis: Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, Humility.
  • Effectively interpret work orders and job aids to ensure accurate execution of job responsibilities.
  • Perform entire book out and shipping process for the Embroidery Department.
  • Following UPS and Federal Express shipping processes.
  • Accurately update shipping methods when required to meet event date.
  • Ability to physically handle large volumes of packages in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ensure packages are correctly entered into the shipping system.
  • Act as back up for Embroidery Associates when needed.
  • Participate in training classes and actively seek professional development.
  • Help out in other areas when needed and when time allows.

Required education/skills/experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • 0-1 years of experience in a similar field.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Prior date entry and computer experience.
  • Previous inventory or shipping experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
