Job description

Imperial is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Embroidery Operator to join our production team. In this hands-on role, you'll support the embroidery process by operating machines, maintaining a clean and safe workstation, and completing finishing steps (including blocking) to ensure our products meet Imperial's quality standards.
  • Pay: $15/hr + .50 differential
  • Employment Type: Temp to Hire|May convert to regular employment after 90 days (based on performance/business need)
  • Location: Winona, MO
  • Peak Season Hours
    • 2:30 PM - 12:30 AM, Monday - Thursday | 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM, Friday (Second Shift)
  • Standard Hours:
    • 2:15 PM - 12:15 AM PM (2nd Shift)

What You'll be Doing
  • Operate embroidery equipment by following work instructions, job tickets, and quality standards
  • Load/unload product, monitor runs, and assist with basic machine set-up and adjustments as trained
  • Complete finishing steps such as trimming, cleaning, and blocking finished product to spec
  • Inspect work for quality (placement, cleanliness, and overall appearance) and report issues to the supervisor/lead
  • Keep work area organized and clean; follow 5S/housekeeping expectations
  • Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE
  • Support other embroidery-related tasks and production needs as assigned
