They are capable of developing system hardware architectures in a cross-functional team setting based on Product Requirement Documents and Technical Specifications.**Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities*** Lead development of electrical hardware design from concept to production, including prototyping, testing, and certification of system components.* Manage and support multiple R&D initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables at each stage.* Translate system-level requirements into electrical architecture specifications.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Production, Marketing, and Engineering to achieve target Stage Gate dates as well as provide recommendations that improve component quality or system performance.* Perform electrical, software, and mechanical troubleshooting as needed.
