Job description

Job Description We are seeking a Security Engineer to help design, implement, and enhance enterprise security solutions across identity, cloud, infrastructure, and endpoint environments. This role will focus on strengthening Identity and Access Management (IAM), Zero Trust architecture, email security, and cloud security while partnering closely with infrastructure and engineering teams to build secure, scalable systems. The ideal candidate is a hands-on security professional with strong automation skills and experience implementing modern enterprise security technologies.

Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and support Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance solutions, including authentication, authorization, and least-privilege access models Enhance enterprise security using technologies such as MFA, SAML, OAuth, conditional access, and Zero Trust architecture Design and maintain security platforms that protect endpoints, cloud environments, and enterprise infrastructure Improve email security to defend against phishing, malware, and business email compromise Partner with infrastructure and cloud engineering teams to implement security controls across hybrid environments Develop automation and integrations using PowerShell, Python, APIs, or similar tools to improve security operations and scalability Provide engineering guidance to ensure systems are designed according to secure-by-design and defense-in-depth principles Support security initiatives aligned with industry frameworks and best practices Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field 6+ years of experience in security engineering, infrastructure engineering, or cloud security Experience implementing Zero Trust security solutions, preferably including Zscaler ZIA and ZPA Experience designing or implementing IAM and Identity Governance solutions Experience supporting enterprise email security platforms Strong knowledge of Microsoft security technologies, including Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Purview Strong understanding of authentication and access technologies, including MFA, SAML, OAuth, and conditional access Experience with scripting or automation using PowerShell, Python, or similar languages Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, CIS, or ISO Compensation & Schedule Full-time position Onsite, 5 days per week Up to 25% domestic and international travel Compensation commensurate with experience
