Description

The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for the testing phase of the production process to ensure that final products meet the company standards. Duties include identifying whether products are functional, reliable, and meet the end user's expectations as defined in User Stories.

Duties include identifying and analyzing any bugs and errors found during the test phase and documenting them for review after. Other tasks include constructing and running new tests, updating existing tests, reporting on the results, maintaining validation procedures, collaborating with software developers to fix program issues, and working with users on issues including software system design, documentation, and maintenance.

Responsibilities Include

  • Create tests to identify software problems
  • Analyze bugs and errors found during tests
  • Document results of tests for the software development team
  • Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience
  • Working with the development team to enhance and improve programs
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements

Requirements Include 2-5 years experience and

  • Extensive experience in quality control preferred
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Creative and innovative thinker
  • Diligent and meticulous
  • High regard for safety standards and quality control
  • Experienced with Agile and Continuous Integration Continuous Deployment methodologies
