Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Operations Production Assistant to serve as a vital communication bridge within our 24/7 medical manufacturing facility. This role is essential in fostering workforce engagement, promoting organizational alignment, and ensuring clear communication of our site vision and strategic goals across all shifts and departments.

Hours: 8am-430pm M-F

Key Responsibilities

Communication & Engagement

  • Facilitate effective communication between production teams, management, and support departments across all shifts
  • Develop and implement engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity
  • Organize and coordinate team meetings, huddles, and information sessions
  • Create and distribute internal communications including newsletters, updates, and announcements
  • Gather feedback from frontline employees and communicate insights to management

Vision & Goal Promotion

  • Champion company vision, mission, and strategic objectives throughout the organization
  • Develop creative campaigns to communicate site goals and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with our Culture Ambassadors and Teams
  • Support change management initiatives and new program rollouts
  • Assist in creating visual displays and communication boards for production areas
  • Help translate complex business objectives into clear, actionable messages for all team members

Operational Support

  • Monitor and report on communication effectiveness and employee engagement metrics
  • Assist with coordination of training programs for the operations staff and safety initiatives
  • Support continuous improvement projects and lean manufacturing efforts
  • Help facilitate cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving sessions
  • Maintain documentation of communication processes and engagement activities
