** Position Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized Property Operations Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for tenant services and property operations. This role supports daily operations by coordinating customer service, vendor management, budgeting, project support, and administrative functions while ensuring an exceptional tenant experience.

** Key Responsibilities**

** Tenant & Customer Service**

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant service requests.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service through in-person, phone, and email interactions.
  • Assess tenant needs and prioritize service requests.
  • Coordinate and monitor work requests with assigned staff.
  • Resolve tenant concerns and escalate complex issues as needed.

** Vendor & Contractor Management**

  • Schedule vendor and contractor services.
  • Ensure vendor compliance with contract and insurance requirements.
  • Obtain bids and manage purchase orders.
  • Process requisitions and invoices.
  • Meet with vendors to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.

** Operations & Project Coordination**

  • Coordinate room scheduling, signage, catering, equipment, and support services.
  • Plan and execute meetings and departmental events.
  • Prepare and distribute project communications and notifications.
  • Support building projects and tenant service initiatives.

** Administrative Support**

  • Assist with annual operating expense budgets.
  • Coordinate tenant billing for additional services.
  • Draft correspondence and responses on behalf of management.
  • Maintain policies, procedures, and operational documentation.
  • Support the Division Director and Vice President as needed.

** Reporting & Problem Resolution**

  • Identify and analyze tenant service trends.
  • Recommend process improvements to management.
  • Collaborate across departments to resolve operational issues.
  • Utilize available resources to complete assigned projects efficiently.

** Required Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of experience in a business office or professional environment.
  • Strong leadership, organization, and time management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
