To guarantee your success, you will not start blindly. You will spend your first week working with our team at our busy main station to master our tools, procedures, company culture, and tracking metrics.
  • Fully Paid Training: You get paid your full base rate of $26.50/hr for all training hours.
  • Hotel Lodging Covered: The company books and pays for 4 nights at a clean business hotel near our main facility.

Phase 3: Live Operations & Shift Windows (October 6 Onward)
Once packages go live, you will run the afternoon and evening operations. We expect normal shift hours will be around 12:30 PM to 10:30 PM to keep things moving safely before and after deliveries end at 10:00 PM.
  • Command Ground Operations: Track real-time delivery pacing via the Amazon DSP Portal, communicate with Amazon leaders on Slack, and supervise the drivers returning to the station at night.
  • Monitor Work Hours Compliance: Proactively send rescue drivers to ensure regular drivers finish their routes within a strict 10-hour limit.
  • Maintain Amazon Delivery Excellence: Track safety and quality scores to make sure the team hits Fantastic+ on our Scorecard every week.
  • Protect the Fleet: Run daily post-trip visual audits. Compare returning vans against morning photos to identify and log new damage right away. Maintain high safety standards and hold drivers accountable.
  • Note on Peak Volume: During busy weeks (30+ routes), shifts may shift to 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM so you can work alongside the morning lead driver.

Note: As Operations Manager, you will go through the same onboarding process & driver training as Delivery Associates. You will also be expected to get hands-on experience delivering packages so you can understand the job of a Delivery Associate. Although this is an Operations Management job, you need this experience because in emergency situations, you may have to drive & deliver packages alongside our Delivery Associates.
