  • Foster an environment of continuous learning regarding platforms and CRM methodologies.
  • Build a culture of testing with a rigorous A/B and multivariate testing framework across the team and agencies to continuously optimize content, timing, and multi-channel orchestration

CDP & MCE Business Ownership

  • Serve as the strategic business owner for utilization and optimization of our Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Enterprise (MCE).
  • Partner with the Digital Office and Data Analytics to mature our data infrastructure and metrics.

  • Define audience segmentation strategies reflecting gaming personas (competitive gamers, streamers, casual players) and lifecycle stages.
  • Optimize revenue per subscriber, identifying high-value segments for cross-sell, upsell, and customer value maximization.
  • Create personalization frameworks based on gaming preferences, purchase history, and engagement patterns.
  • Partner with the Global Gaming Marketing and NAM teams to integrate CRM into broader brand campaigns and product launches.

Profile & Key Qualifications

Technical Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing within consumer-facing environments (Gaming, Tech, or Consumer Electronics highly preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience managing direct reports and leading external agency partners/vendors.
  • Strong strategic and operational knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Enterprise (MCE) (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Data Extensions) and Customer Data Platforms (CDP / Data Cloud).
  • Deep familiarity with marketing attribution models, predictive analytics, LTV modeling, and leveraging advanced customer segmentation tools.
