  • Assist with event budgets and track event revenue and expenses in collaboration with the CEO.
  • Contribute to the day-to-day work of the Chamber and EDC as part of a collaborative, small-team environment.
What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is an organized, creative, and relationship-oriented professional who can manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining attention to detail. This position requires someone who takes initiative, follows through on commitments, works effectively both independently and collaboratively, and is comfortable moving projects from idea to execution.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • The ability to contribute ideas and solutions, collaborate with others, and carry projects from planning through completion.
  • Experience with CRM/database systems, email marketing, website management, Canva or similar tools, and basic financial tracking is a plus.

This position may be structured as full-time or as a reduced schedule of approximately 25–32 hours per week, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications. A consistent work schedule will be established at the time of hire. Occasional early morning and evening availability is required for Chamber and EDC events.
