Job description

Integrated Marketing Solutions (IMS) offers a range of alternative media management and consulting solutions. We are hiring a Manager of Email and SMS Operations to strategically lead the direction and execution of email campaigns for IMS. What You’ll Do: You’ll manage and lead the Email Development Team responsible for configuring and working in Bloomreach, and coding and sending emails and SMS. In addition, you’ll also be responsible for: • Establishing technical direction for our emails and SMS. • Serving as an expert in tools used to manage and send emails and SMS. • Managing the work being done by Email Developers and Email Coordinators. • Guiding the team doing regular maintenance and updates to the different email programs and tools. • Ensuring the email team produces and maintains clean, efficient and standards-compliant code for existing and new platforms. • Researching best practices for email design and tools and actively distributing that information to team members as needed.
