Job Details

Duties & Responsibilities:

Analytics and Reporting

  • Utilize Excel, PowerBI, 1010data and Blue Yonder TMS Software to extract, transform, and automate data that can drive strategic decisions and operational improvements.
  • Analyze and summarize large data sets while ensuring its accuracy, and effectively communicating to leadership and team members.
  • Train team members and assist with various projects to improve reporting and support the development of team members. 

Technical Expertise

  • Willingness to learn and be a subject matter expert of the Transportation systems and datasets.
  • Requires thorough understanding of system capabilities; responsible for testing and implementing enhancements to support business priorities. 

Communication

  • Effectively communicate to key stakeholders and business partners, both internal and external. 
  • Ensure timely email management to support stores and field partners.
  • Provide actional feedback and identify trends or solutions when summarizing reporting.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs):

  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience with reporting and data analysis.
  • Advanced knowledge of data analytics software, including 1010data, Excel, and PowerBI.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Problem solver who can work effectively in a team environment.
  • Executes with a sense of urgency and manages multiple projects and deadlines.

Qualifications

Work Experience &/or Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain preferred with a minimum of 3 years relevant work experience required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
