AsMarketing Manager, Email & Direct Mail, you'll be the driving force behind high-impact email and direct mail campaigns that connect millions of clients to the beauty they love. What You'll Do:
  • Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of complex email and direct mail campaigns supporting Haircare and Promotional programs
  • Lead personalization activation strategies to drive channel innovation and deliver highly relevant client experiences
  • Define and refine audience targeting strategies to ensure clients receive engaging, timely messages
  • Collaborate with Email Marketing Operations to QA emails, ensuring flawless content, linking, and tracking
  • Ideate and recommend testing plans in partnership with the retention team and cross-functional partners
  • Support the Senior Manager in identifying channel opportunities, technical requirements, and actionable optimizations
  • Optimize direct mail circulation and targeting to improve campaign efficiency and ROI
  • Analyze email performance across all KPIs to inform campaign strategies and surface key trends
  • Consolidate and socialize wins, test results, and future recommendations with stakeholders
  • Monitor email industry trends and innovation to maintain best-in-class performance
What You'll Bring:
  • 4+ years of experience in email and digital marketing, retail preferred
  • 3+ years of strong understanding of email best practices, including segmentation and personalization
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-visibility programs in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills, with experience using reporting tools to drive action
  • High attention to detail with excellent organizational and project management capabilities
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and navigate ambiguity across teams, projects, and priorities #LI-AZ1
What You’ll Get:

The annual base salary range for this position is $117,895.00- $131,765.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they willperform the job.Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.This job will be posted for a minimum offivedays.
