About the Role
The ideal candidate is a team player with strong communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This role offers an opportunity to apply existing Salesforce experience or transition previous programming knowledge into the Salesforce ecosystem by quickly learning the platform. The ability to develop innovative technology solutions to meet client needs efficiently is essential. Candidates should be self-motivated learners, eager to explore new technologies and adjacent skills.
While prior hands-on Salesforce experience is preferred, it is not required. Existing Salesforce certifications or demonstrated success on Trailhead are highly valued. This role may involve occasional travel and is best suited for individuals with strong self-management skills. The role requires in-office collaboration Monday through Thursday at our Indianapolis location, with a Friday work-from-home option. Occasional travel may be required.
The position offers a base salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000, along with an additional yearly bonus.

  • 1+ years of experience with HTML and CSS.
  • 1+ years of experience with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar querying languages.
  • Experience working with SOAP or REST API services.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN, or familiarity with DevOps CI/CD processes.
