As a customer service representative, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, answering product inquiries via phone and email, taking customer orders, assisting with scheduling, and coordinating with outside salespeople, vendors, and customers. Additionally, this position is often combined with customer service initiatives and requires providing support to outside sales representatives as needed.
