Bonuses are paid in addition to the base salary of $40,000 - $50,000. If a person decides to get licensed, there is a $2,000 raise per license (P/C, L/H). Clients and referrers have relied on and come to expect exceptional customer service from us when they call (or email) to conduct business. 
Some of the typical daily functions include: answering phones, taking payments, explaining bills, following up, setting appointments, completing changes, transferring calls, making calls, completing reports, noting calls and interactions with clients, processing requests from insurance carriers, following up with clients, helping clients, etc. The candidate must have excellent customer service skills. Professionalism, honesty, diligence, integrity, excellent work ethic, the ability to learn, self-motivation, organization and pride in being an achiever are essential. The ability to proficiently multitask is a must too. The potential for upward mobility leads to substantial increases in income and recognition within a short period of time. Several raises are usually awarded within the first three to six months. We write and service policies for many of the top insurance carriers in the country and receive constant referrals. We also provide financial services for clients across the country.
