Elixir Acupuncture Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Acupuncturist to join our team in Irving, Texas. In this full-time role, you will provide high-quality acupuncture treatments, focusing on enhancing patient health and wellness through traditional Chinese medicine techniques. This onsite position is housed within our vibrant outpatient office in Irving, Texas. You will collaborate closely with various healthcare specialists, including chiropractors and other wellness practitioners, in a supportive and dynamic setting. Our facility is equipped with the latest tools and technology to assist you in delivering exceptional patient care. You will have the flexibility to choose your working hours, with options for both 4-hour and 8-hour shifts.

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to diagnose various health conditions, focusing on a holistic perspective.
• Develop and implement tailored acupuncture treatment plans aimed at addressing acute and chronic conditions.
• Utilize specialized techniques such as cupping, electro-acupuncture, and trigger point needling as per patient requirements.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and supporting integrated care initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
• Engage in ongoing patient education about treatments, wellness strategies, and self-care practices to empower patients in their health journeys.
• Participate in professional development activities, including mentoring sessions and community outreach programs, to enhance the understanding of holistic healing practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and treatment outcomes to ensure continuity of care and facilitate effective communication among staff.
• Provide education and information about acupuncture procedures, enhancing patient comfort and understanding before, during, and after treatment.

You will serve a diverse patient population, from individuals seeking relief from acute injuries to those managing chronic health issues. Your approach will not only address their immediate concerns but also assist in promoting overall wellness and prevention. Our clients appreciate a holistic approach to healing, and your skillful treatments will be pivotal in helping them achieve health goals.

• Minimum of three years of professional experience in acupuncture practice.
• Bachelor’s degree in acupuncture or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Strong clinical expertise in differential diagnosis and a comprehensive understanding of traditional Chinese medicine principles.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
• Ability to work productively within a team-oriented environment focused on holistic patient care.
• Proficiency in understanding the insurance process and medical billing is advantageous.
• Ability to perform administrative tasks related to patient care, including maintaining treatment documentation and scheduling appointments efficiently.

• Continuing Education Units (CEUs) focusing on sports medicine acupuncture or trigger point acupuncture.
• Certification or experience in a specialized area of acupuncture to enhance our treatment offerings.
• Demonstrated ability to handle diverse patient needs and maintain professionalism in various clinical scenarios.

We offer competitive hourly pay ranging from $20 to $75, depending on your experience and expertise, along with performance-based bonuses. Our compensation package reflects our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent while supporting your professional growth.
