This is a full-time, onsite position located in our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center in Avenel, NJ. You will work alongside a collaborative team in a nurturing environment that encourages professional growth and a patient-centered approach to therapy. The flexible schedule—Monday to Friday—allows you to choose your own hours, making it an ideal fit for work-life balance.

• Evaluate and treat patients recovering from injury, disease, or surgery within a supportive rehabilitation environment.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using a variety of modalities including exercises, hands-on therapy, and advanced therapeutic equipment to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Continuously monitor and document patient treatments, responses, and progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to achieve the best outcomes.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals on therapeutic techniques and the use of assistive devices, promoting independence and self-care.
• Maintain professional knowledge and skills by participating in ongoing education workshops, networking with peers, and engaging in professional societies.

Your work will encompass a diverse patient population ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics, each with unique rehabilitation needs. Your ability to design tailored therapy strategies will ensure these individuals realize their fullest potential during recovery and beyond.

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Possession of a valid physical therapy license in the state of New Jersey.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and other healthcare team members.
• Proficient in word processing and comfortable using both traditional and modern therapeutic tools and technology.
• A flexible approach to patient care, accommodating the specific needs of a diverse clientele.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a physical therapist, though new graduates are welcome to apply and will receive mentorship to support their career development.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package to support your health and professional well-being.
