Your Game Plan - Empower, Guide, and Elevate
As a Personal Trainer, you'll work one-on-one and in small groups with a diverse range of clients to help them reach their goals safely and effectively. You'll serve as a coach, motivator, educator, and supporter-delivering high-quality, personalized fitness experiences that go beyond reps and routines.
Whether working with beginners or seasoned athletes, your role is to create a positive, encouraging environment where members feel seen, supported, and successful.
What You'll Be Leading
  • Conduct fitness assessments and consultations to understand each client's unique goals, preferences, and challenges
  • Design and deliver customized training programs that inspire confidence and progression
  • Provide hands-on instruction to ensure proper form, safety, and performance
  • Track progress, adapt programs as needed, and keep clients engaged through accountability and encouragement
  • Educate clients on healthy habits, recovery, and movement principles to support long-term success
  • Keep accurate records of client sessions, goals, and feedback
  • Achieve personal and team sales goals by promoting both one-on-one personal training and small group training sessions.

Core Qualifications
  • Certified Personal Trainer from a nationally accredited organization (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, etc.)
  • CPR and AED certified
  • Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field preferred
  • Experience working with a diverse range of clients is a plus
