Position Overview

Elite Wellbeing Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote team, focusing on providing essential counseling and support services as part of a Hospice Center. Work Environment

This full-time role allows you to work remotely, giving you the flexibility to manage your schedule while adhering to the needs of your clients. While the work is primarily conducted through virtual platforms, you will be part of a supportive team culture that emphasizes collaboration and ongoing professional development. As part of our staff, you will participate in bi-weekly team meetings and have access to an array of resources to support your practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, identify underlying issues, and establish treatment goals.
  • Provide individualized therapy sessions, including individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans that are client-centered and tailored to the unique needs and circumstances of each patient.
  • Actively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, psychologists, and support staff, to ensure comprehensive care and treatment coordination.
  • Utilize tools and methodologies for crisis assessment and intervention, providing immediate support to clients in distress.
  • Deliver psychoeducation and facilitate therapeutic group sessions designed to engage clients and promote coping strategies and support among peers.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation per ethical standards and state laws.
  • Participate in training and continued education opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay updated with emerging research and best practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in our Hospice Center, you will work with a diverse population of clients facing serious medical conditions and end-of-life challenges. You will provide compassionate support to patients, families, and caregivers, helping them navigate the emotional complexities that arise during this critical phase of life. Your role will involve addressing grief, anxiety, anticipatory loss, and family dynamics, ensuring that clients receive holistically integrated care that respects their individual values and needs.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from a COA-accredited program is required.
  • An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential to practice.
