Glazier - Multifamily / Apartment Service
Glass Doctor of North Texas | Dallas-Fort Worth
We don't hire average technicians.
We're looking for a high-output glazier who knows how to move fast, stay organized, and deliver clean, consistent work across apartment communities and multifamily properties.
If you've worked in apartments before, you already know:
This isn't one custom job a day.
This is volume, efficiency, and doing it right every time.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Glass replacement for apartment units, leasing offices, and common areas
  • Daily work across multiple properties (high-volume service calls)
  • Measuring, cutting, and installing:
  • Window glass
  • Patio door glass
  • Mirrors
  • Screens
  • Showers
  • Completing same-day or next-day turns for property managers
  • Communicating with office staff on job status and materials
  • Keeping your truck stocked, clean, and efficient
  • Representing the company professionally on-site

What This Role Requires
  • Experience in residential or multifamily glass work
  • Ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality
  • Strong measuring accuracy (no costly mistakes)
  • Ability to handle repetitive, high-volume work
  • Self-sufficient in the field
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
