Work Environment

At Spring Path Care Wellness, you will work in an inclusive and supportive remote environment where your contributions are valued. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments using evidence-based methodologies to develop tailored treatment plans for each client.
  • Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), in accordance with evidence-based practices.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation, adhering to HIPAA regulations and industry standards to protect client privacy.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated treatment team to engage in coordinated care discussions, share insights, and refine approaches to therapy.
  • Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to elevate the quality of therapeutic services provided.
  • Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and available treatment options, facilitating a comprehensive understanding and effective coping strategies.
  • Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in mental health to continuously enhance your practice and the outcomes for your clients.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve adult clients experiencing a range of mental health conditions, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, major depressive disorders, PTSD, and other emotional challenges. Our client-centered approach ensures that you work collaboratively with clients to empower them to set goals and take active roles in their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within Texas.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques tailored to meet individual client needs.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and nurturing trust with diverse clientele.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on developing effective, personalized care strategies.
