About the Call Center Representative Position

We are seeking a highly motivated people to join our growing team. In this role, you will connect with healthcare facilities and medical practices to schedule appointments and introductory meetings for our Elite healthcare program. This is an ONSITE position only

The ideal candidate has prior call center experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to build rapport quickly while confidently explaining program benefits and securing appointments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to healthcare centers, clinics, and medical practices to schedule appointments for the Elite program.
  • Engage decision-makers professionally and effectively to introduce the program and secure meetings
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with healthcare professionals and administrative staff.
  • Accurately document call outcomes, appointment details, and customer interactions in company systems.
  • Follow established outreach processes and meet daily activity and appointment-setting goals
  • Handle objections professionally and confidently while maintaining a consultative approach.
  • Coordinate scheduling and appointment details with internal teams.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the Elite program and its value to healthcare organizations.
  • Ensure all communications meet quality, compliance, and customer service standards.
Qualifications & Skills

Required

  • Minimum 1 year of call center experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, customer service, or sales.
  • Comfortable speaking with healthcare professionals and business decision-makers.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with computer applications, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently while meeting performance goals.
Preferred
  • Healthcare industry experience or familiarity with medical offices, clinics, hospitals, or healthcare administration.
