Project Manager (Commercial) – Oakland, CA

Elite Executive Solutions is conducting a confidential search for an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial electrical construction projects throughout the Bay Area.

This opportunity is ideal for a collaborative leader with a passion for delivering complex projects while maintaining exceptional client relationships, financial performance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage commercial electrical construction projects from preconstruction through project completion.
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
  • Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, vendors, and project resources.
  • Review contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
  • Monitor financial performance and ensure project profitability.
  • Build strong relationships with owners, general contractors, architects, and engineers.
  • Identify project risks and develop proactive solutions.
  • Mentor junior project staff and promote operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of commercial electrical construction project management experience.
  • Experience delivering medium to large commercial projects.
  • Strong financial management and scheduling experience.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
