Eli Lilly and Company seeks a Data Advisor (R-5) to define, design, build, and maintain the data and analytics architecture, vision, strategy, and principles for the IAPI Manufacturing Site. Set data and information strategy and lead data planning and modeling, and data lifecycle design. Develop and provide expertise in enterprise data domains. Partner with global functions to explore and deploy advanced analytics capabilities. Continuously scan the technology environment for new trends and techniques. Synthesize new scalable approaches for Lilly data integration. Drive structure to self-service analytics to enable agility for the business to organize and consume their data while ensuring operational sustainability. Set overall strategy and direction for the Tech@Lilly organization. #LI-DNI
Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related STEM field, followed by 10 years of progressively responsible experience designing, building, and maintaining data and analytics architecture in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. Experience must include a minimum of: 10 years of experience designing large scale data models for functional, operational, and analytical environments; 10 years of experience with formal project management methodologies and agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe; 10 years of experience with data modeling; 10 years of experience with data tools including SQL Developer, DBeaver, TOAD, and Denodo; and 7 years of experience in at least two of the following disciplines: statistical methods, data modeling, ontology development, semantic graphic construction, linked data, or relational schema design. Up to 10% domestic and international travel may be required. #LI-DNI

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate's education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is

$154,149.00 - $197,600.00 per year

Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
