Requirements
  • Experience working with your hands - relevant experience could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby.

  • Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Duties:
  • In the field daily: generally complete 4 or more creative repairs on-site each day.
  • Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff.
  • Update progress on repairs by entering information and notes on our CRM/Dispatch tool. 
  • Communicate with the support team with questions.
  • Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process.
  • Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit.
  • Problem-solve repairs with creativity in a variety of settings like apartments, hotels, moving sites, construction sites, etc.
