This position is fully remote, allowing flexibility in your work schedule while remaining engaged in meaningful client care. • Provide clinical services directly to a diverse caseload of clients suffering from major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, working both individually and in group formats.
• Engage collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, participating in regular meetings to discuss client progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Conduct thorough assessments, creating integrated care plans that address the multifaceted needs of assigned clients.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions in therapy, ensuring that treatment modalities are tailored to the developmental stages and individual cultural contexts of clients.
• Work diligently to coordinate care and facilitate communication between clients, their families, and other service providers.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies when necessary to ensure client safety and well-being.
• Monitor client progress through meticulous record-keeping, timely report submissions, and maintenance of documentation standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance your skills and remain compliant with ethical standards set by industry regulations.

As a key member of our hospice team, you will work with a diverse client population, including adults and families confronting the challenges associated with terminal illnesses. Your role will involve addressing not only the mental health aspects but also the emotional and social dimensions of care, ensuring holistic support that recognizes the dignity of each individual.

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Active Texas Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.
• Expert knowledge in mental health assessment, crisis management, and therapeutic interventions with experience in hospice or palliative care settings preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong organizational abilities.
• Demonstrated cultural competence and respect for diverse cultural backgrounds and perspectives of clients.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working directly with clients in a mental health or health care setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health records systems and case management software to streamline documentation and enhance care delivery.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
