Our ideal candidate can:

  • Maintain a good driving record
  • Safely operate various types of equipment: hedge trimmers, blowers, chainsaws and handheld tools
  • Manage a crew of 2-3 other team members and communicate with both the client & management
  • Maintain landscape beds to include but not limited to: weeding, trimming, mulching, perennial care and planting seasonal flowers & bulbs
  • Obtain Certificated-Pesticide applicator or tech license
  • Commit to maintaining reliable attendance with good transportation
  • Work on designated Saturdays

  • 1.5x pay for snow removal hours
