Job description

Join our White Elephant Aspen Team, part of White Elephant Resorts, a collection of award-winning boutique hotels and luxury resorts in Nantucket, Palm Beach, and Aspen.

Are you passionate about luxury hospitality and thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment? White Elephant Aspen is looking for a Front Desk Agent who brings professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail to every interaction.

As the first point of contact for our guests, youโ€™ll play a key role in delivering the personalized, high-touch service that defines the White Elephant experienceโ€”whether itโ€™s during Aspenโ€™s peak ski season or the vibrant summer months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests with warmth and efficiency
  • Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservation processes
  • Coordinate guest services with concierge, bell/door, and housekeeping teams
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care
  • Share your knowledge of Aspenโ€™s best dining, outdoor experiences, and cultural events

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in front desk or guest service (luxury or boutique preferred)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using hotel systems (Maestro and ALICE experience is a plus)
  • Friendly, team-oriented, and guest-focused
