Job description

Are you passionate about luxury hospitality and well-connected in the high-end travel market? Join White Elephant Resorts as our Director of Leisure Sales, leading strategic sales efforts for our premier properties in Nantucket, MA, Palm Beach, FL, and Aspen, CO.

In this role, you'll build and own relationships with top-tier travel advisors and luxury consortia, represent our brand at elite industry events, and create unforgettable experiences for discerning travelers. This position is based in Boston, with regular travel to key feeder markets and to our properties.

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in luxury leisure sales within the hospitality industry, with a proven record of managing top-producing accounts and relationships at a senior level; boutique or resort experience preferred
  • Deep knowledge of the luxury travel market, including established, active relationships with leading travel advisors, agency groups, and luxury consortia
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and represent the brand at the highest level
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, can-do mindset with the availability and flexibility to be on the road.
