The Impact You'll Make in this Role Here, You Will Make An Impact By Global Customer Insights and Market Analysis: Lead efforts to define market segmentation, customer targets, and monitor industry trends and competitor activities. Translate customer and market needs into product requirements to deliver solutions aligned with customer problems. Marketing Launch Strategy Development: Develop and execute global marketing launch plans, ensuring alignment across the 3M matrix. Collaborate on marketing campaigns, sales support, and training for global launch regions, completing all deliverables within the 3M Grow system. Launch Coordination and Support: Drive launch preparation and execution with key countries, establishing launch plans, dates, financial forecasts, go to market and pricing strategies and demand plans. Manage first year post-launch in collaboration with global portfolio team. Collaboration and Prioritization: Work with Global Marketing Portfolio teams to prioritize new product introduction (NPI) ideas that align with strategic priorities, facilitating successful global launch campaign hand-offs. NPI Development and Compliance: Participate in NPI idea scouting and development of new product platforms. Ensure compliance with international regulations and standards. Financial Consultation and Strategy Development: Consult with business management on financial implications of product decisions and assist in developing business strategies. Performance Culture and Accountability: Drive a culture of accountability and promote new Performance Culture Behaviors within the team. Your Skills And Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelors degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) Seven (7) years of marketing, sales, customer facing product support or business operations in a private, public, government or military environment Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing MBA is preferred Experience in Consumer Electronics is desirable Experience working with global teams and across functions, geographies and time zones Customer focused thinking and proven success gathering key insights from OEM customers Strong analytical skills with ability to think strategically and to navigate complex situations Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills to effectively communicate with global team Work Location Location: This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week at the 3M Center in Maplewood, MN.
