Join All Springs Manufacturing as an Electronic Filing Specialist and play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our digital records. This remote position offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic team dedicated to streamlining document management and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
As an Electronic Filing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing electronic filing systems, supporting internal departments with timely and organized document processing, and contributing to the overall operational excellence of the company.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain electronic filing systems, ensuring all documents are properly categorized and stored.
Review and verify documents for completeness and accuracy prior to filing.
Coordinate with various departments to collect and file necessary documentation in a timely manner.
Monitor filing deadlines and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Assist in the development and implementation of improved filing procedures and best practices.
Provide support for audits and internal reviews by preparing and organizing electronic files.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electronic filing systems and software.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associateโ€™s or Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
Proven experience in electronic filing, records management, or administrative support.
Strong knowledge of electronic document management systems (EDMS) and filing software.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
