Position Overview

Kings View is seeking an EHR Data Systems Analyst II to analyze, develop, implement, and support Electronic Health Record (EHR) reporting solutions, data workflows, and related system processes to support operational, clinical, and regulatory objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business and operational reporting needs and develop technical reporting solutions
  • Design, develop, and maintain custom reports, dashboards, queries, and data collection tools
  • Optimize report performance through query analysis and troubleshooting
  • Support EHR system configuration, testing, validation, and implementation projects
  • Develop testing scenarios, document findings, and track issue resolution
  • Analyze and resolve complex system, workflow, and reporting issues
  • Support State of California and DHCS reporting requirements
  • Develop and support data integration processes between EHR and external systems
  • Lead or support EHR-related projects and workflow improvement initiatives
  • Analyze large datasets to identify operational trends and opportunities
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders regarding system functionality
  • Communicate technical concepts effectively to technical and non-technical audiences
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, Data Analytics, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
  • Minimum three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in EHR reporting, healthcare data analysis, systems analysis, or related technical healthcare experience
  • Experience with SQL queries, relational databases, report writing, and healthcare reporting processes
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze complex datasets and reporting workflows
  • Experience with Credible EHR or behavioral health EHR systems preferred
  • Knowledge of California behavioral health reporting requirements, HL7, or FHIR preferred
Work Environment

This position may be performed in an office or remote work environment and requires frequent use of computers, phones, and standard office equipment.
