Job description

Rinvio is hiring a Journeyman Electrician Project Manager for a prevailing wage government office project in Winchester, Virginia. This is a high-visibility project role for an experienced electrical professional who can balance hands-on electrical knowledge with project leadership, field coordination, documentation, and schedule discipline.


Pay: $60-$65/hour, based on experience

Location: Winchester, VA

Project type: Prevailing wage government office project

Schedule: Full-time project work; schedule and overtime may vary by project needs

Type: Contract / project-based


Responsibilities:

- Lead and coordinate electrical work on a commercial/government office project

- Work closely with field leadership, crews, subcontractors, and site stakeholders to keep the project organized and moving safely

- Review drawings, specifications, schedules, one-lines, change information, and project documentation

- Help plan manpower, materials, sequencing, and daily/weekly field priorities

- Track progress, identify issues early, and communicate clearly with the appropriate project contacts

- Support quality control, code-compliant installation, safety expectations, and professional jobsite standards

- Assist with RFIs, punch lists, closeout items, and project documentation as needed

- Maintain a professional presence suitable for a government/public-sector project environment


Requirements:

- Journeyman-level electrical background with strong commercial project experience

- Prior electrical project management, assistant project management, foreman, or superintendent-style experience preferred
