Job description

Job Overview 

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrician Assistant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for electrical work and a drive to learn and grow within the industry. As an Electrician Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping our team complete electrical projects and tasks while gaining valuable experience and knowledge. This position is scheduled last up to 12 months and is a temp to hire position; the schedule is Monday through Friday 7:00am- 5:00pm and Saturday 7:00am to 3:00pm.
Must be able to work 6 days per week.

Responsibilities & Duties 

  • Assist electricians with various tasks on job sites 
  • Staging & pulling orders, stocking & re-stocking shelves 
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components 
  • Quality checks & inventory management  
  • Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to industry safety standards 
  • Communicate effectively with electricians, customers, and other team members 

Qualifications & Skills 

  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • 3-4 years' experience as an electrician helper or in a related field 
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components 
  • Ability to use hand and power tools 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
